All files delivered to our clients are performed to the highest level of excellence and performed to the strict guidelines put in place by Dolby. Such guidelines ensure that quality control is in place and the industry as a whole has a standard that is consistently met. These standards include…..
- -18 lufs integrated max loudness
- Timecode of 24fps
- 24bit PMC 48kHz
All Dolby Atmos mixes/masters are delivered back to the client in a variety of different formats. These formats include everything you need to distribute your music in Dolby Atmos.
ADM File (48k 24fps wav)
- .wav
The 48k Dolby Atmos ADM master file is typically used by Apple Music, Tidal, Amazon Music and Avid Play to playback your music in Dolby Atmos to the consumer. The ADM file can also be used to import the data into your DAW and playback each object and bed correctly.
ADM File (96k 24fps wav)
- .wav
The 96k Dolby Atmos ADM master file currently can not be used for distribution on streaming platforms. This may change which is why we feel it is important to supply this file along with the 48k Dolby Atmos ADM master file. The ADM file can also be used to import 96k 24bit data into your DAW and playback each object and bed correctly.
Binaural File (96k 24bit wav)
- Binaural.BIN.wav
This file can be used to play back a simulated Dolby Atmos experience in binaural stereo. The binaural experience is a good way to preview the mix or master in stereo headphones or on stereo speakers.
Re-Renders Folder (96k 24bit wav)
- 7.1.2
- 7.1
- 5.1
- AmbiX
This folder contains all the re-renders files you will ever need. Re-renders are direct renders from the Dolby Atmos renderer that will playback different fold downs for different speaker arrays.
Stereo Master
- 44.1k 16bit wav
- 44.1k 24bit wav
- 48k 24bit wav
- 96k 24bit wav
If you have ordered stereo mastering with your Dolby Atmos service you will receive a stereo master in the above formats. Your stereo master plays alongside your Dolby Atmos master. The two files must be perfectly in sync and playback for the same duration. It is important that when distributing Dolby Atmos you upload the stereo master we supply you and not a stereo master that is of a different length to the Dolby Atmos ADM.
Apple Digital Master (Optional Extra)
- .wav (96k Hi Res Lossless)
This master file can be used to release your music on Apple Music as an official Apple Digital Master. All Apple Digital Masters are performed at 96k which means you will receive the tag on Apple Music of Hi Res Lossless as well as Apple Digital Master. Apple Digital Masters must be performed by a certified studio and engineer.
Vinyl Master (Optional Extra)
- .wav
This master file has been optimised for playback on a vinyl record. It is very important that the cutting house use this master and not the standard master. Strict guidelines must be followed in order to have a great sounding vinyl.
