In this video I discuss my opinion on running a professional mixing and mastering studio from home. I believe it is possible but you must have a purpose built studio that is acoustically sound. Building a professional studio in your bedroom with a wardrobe and bed in it firstly doesn’t present a professional appearance but also isn’t great for acoustics.
