Account Recovery

With the launch of our new website all existing customers who have purchased products with us previously, will be required to create a new account and have us manually deposit your previous sample shop purchases into your new account. This is a simple procedure to do and will only take a couple of minutes. If you would like us to deposit your previously purchased products into your new Audio Animals account simply follow the steps below.

1. Click add to basket below
2. Click view basket
3. Click proceed to checkout
4. Once in the checkout fill out all information and ensure “create an account” is selected at the bottom of the checkout
5. Accept terms and conditions and click place order
6. An account will now be created and an order for an Account Recovery placed
7. An email will be sent to you where you can set your password and login details
8. As soon as we receive your order, we will access your old account and deposit all sample shop products you have purchased into your new account
9. You will receive an email informing you that your products are now available to download via the “my downloads” section in your new account
10. Login, download and enjoy
